Paddle Ball (Bounce) Using Tkinter and Classes

It's time to move out of the shallow end of the pool. We're going to drop our sgfx module like a bad habit and start playing with tkinter directly. It'll take us some getting used to but it's much more flexible than the sgfx interface you've been using.
Directions:
  1. Go through chapters 13 (p190) and 14 (p205) of Python for Kids--A Playful Introduction to Programming to create a paddle ball game. The author calls this game "Bounce". Whatever.
  2. Comment your code!
  3. No really, comment your code!
  4. Once you finish, name your program using our class conventions: YourLastName_YourFirstName_PaddleBall
  5. Upload your program to your shared Google Drive folder.
